Literature Text

I remember your face when your sleeping,
when the innocence comes over it,
even in the depths of your betrayal.
That boy inside,
the one you hide,
peeks out from the mask and smiles.

I remember the colour of your eyes when you thought that you'd loose me,
I remember the way that you smiled when I let you abuse me,

I know there's so many little things
left imprinted on my memory
but thats just it;
remembering you is loosing me.

I know your face better then any other,
I remember your laugh
and the chats with your mother,
I can't explain,
you left a trace;
It feels so wrong
that I want to erase it.

I remember the sound of your voice as the rain poured down,
when we cried there without a sound.

I know there's so many little things
left imprinted on my memory
but thats just it;
remembering you is loosing me.

You say you planned on spending years with me
and yet you crushed it beneath your feet.
You say you miss me
but you keep moving on
I've got no choice love -
I'm already gone.
I found an old start to something on my phone and just ran with it.
